Jewelry on this website, with the exceptions listed below,  may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less the cost of shipping, if they are in their original condition.

Exceptions:

Returns of wedding rings by Katherine Aberle that are not exchanged for other items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

As clearly noted in our menu selections, extremely large or small size rings and bracelets which we custom make to order are also not returnable.

Custom Orders that we design for you cannot be returned.

Please package the item carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend shipping UPS or FEDEX, as the post office in New Mexico can be extremely slow in getting packages to us, and packages can be difficult to trace. If you do choose to use the USPS, please use one of their Express Services and INSURE the package for the full value.

Refunds: A check will be issued within ten working days of receiving an item back in its original condition.

Items returned after thirty days of receipt can not be refunded.
