 Privacy / Security Policy: We understand how important it is to protect your personal and credit card
information when ordering online. All orders are processed using our Secure Server which
encrypts all information sent across the internet. We also delete all credit card information
from online records shortly after receiving an order. We do not rent or otherwise share our mailing
list with other companies.
Please Double Check Your Size and Option Choices: please be sure you have selected the correct sizes and other options for your order.

Resizing Jewelry: Rings, bracelets and watches can be resized. We will resize a bracelet or watch one time at no charge, though you need to pay for shipping
the item to us, and for return shipping back to you. Charges for resizing rings vary from free to $45. Please see our
resizing schedule for complete details on resizing, including shipping instructions.
Life Time Guarantee: We stand behind all that we make 100%. We will repair your jewelry for free as long as you own it, provided the needed repair was due to a failure in our crafting or assembly process, and not the result of damage. Also, having your jewelry modified by another jeweler voids our warranty. Please package the item carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Delivery Time: Gold over silver jewelry that is in stock ships within within five working days, unless the item is not in stock, in which case shipment is within 10 working days. In stock silver jewelry usually ships within two working days. Call or email us if you need a rush order and we'll see what we can do.
Payment: For custom orders we charge your credit card when the order is placed. For other orders we charge your
card at the time of shipping.
Gift Certificates: To use your gift certificate for an order, enter the number of the certificate and the amount into the comment box during
checkout. We will credit the amount off your total when we ship.
Within the U.S.: We ship FedEx: overnight, 2nd day air, 3rd day air, and ground in the continental U.S. Choose the shipping method when checking out
in our shopping cart. Please use a street address, not a post office box in your address information.
International: Your government will add provincial tax or VAT tax to the shipment, which will be collected by FedEx. Select FedEx Ground
during checkout and we will email you the shipping charge before we start making the piece.
- Canadian Customers: FedEx shipping to Canada averages between $30 and $40.
- Outside North America: FedEx shipping costs vary by country from $40 to $60.
Returns: Jewelry on this website may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less the cost of shipping. We
have a few exceptions to this policy which are clearly noted in our menu selections: mainly extremely large or small
size rings and bracelets which we custom make on order. Returned items must be in original condition. Please package
the item carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or
damaged during return shipping. We recommend shipping UPS or FEDEX, as the post office in New Mexico can be extremely
slow in getting packages to us, and packages can be difficult to trace.
Refunds: A check will be issued within ten working days of receiving an item back in its original condition.
Custom Orders: Custom orders include sizes beyond what we list as options on the website, and specially customized
or designed jewelry which we made at your request. Because of the uniqueness or rarity of these items, they cannot be returned.
Confirmation and Tracking: When you order online, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order. When
your order is shipped, we'll email the tracking number. Please note that anti-spam controls sometimes reject our
