All our jewelry is made to last a life time. We have the best guarantee in the jewelry business. We back up our craftsmanship with a lifetime guarantee. We will repair your jewelry for free as long as you own it, provided the needed repair was due to a failure in our crafting or assembly process, and not the result of daily wear and tear or from excessive damage. If, for example, you run over one of our pieces with your Harley, we will not fix it for free.

But if a small gemstone falls out or a wire in a hand woven bracelet comes loose, we will repair. All you need to do is to pay for shipping, both ways. Please note that having a jeweler besides us modify our jewelry voids our warranty.

When returning, package the item carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Also, enclose a credit card number for the return shipping charge.
