Determining Ring & Bracelet Sizing

Determining Ring Size:

It is critical that you take care to accurately determine size before you order the ring. The best way to determine your ring size is to visit a local jeweler and have your size determined by a professional. If your ring is under 5mm or comfort fit, use a narrow sizing band. For wider rings, a wide sizing band is best.

Our gold and gold over silver rings are to precise 1/4 sizes. Our sterling silver rings come in 1/2 sizes.

We can also provide you with a ‘Multisizer’ ring sizing gauge. This is a narrow plastic band which works similarly to a wire tie but has size demarcations along its length. It is a reliably accurate tool. We are happy to mail you one free of charge.

As a last resort, here's a link to a ring sizing sheet.

If there is any question about ring sizing, please call us and we will be happy to help.

Determining Bracelet Size:

Measure a bracelet that fits you, which includes the actual length and the clasp. You can also use a string to determine size: wrap a piece of string around your wrist so that the string touches the skin but is not pulled tight. Measure the length of the string and then add one inch – this is your bracelet size.

If the bracelet has a particularly thick chain, please add another half inch.  If you have any questions, contact us and we'll help you out.
